Nice kopi , nice food I ordered hot coffee with less sugar, it tastes good and very aromatic. The bitter and sweet is just right and balanced. I tried their Hakka noodles, the Yong Tao Fu(fish jelly with vege) and the BBQ pork slide is fresh and tasty. The crispy pork lard on the noodles is a finishing touch. Worth to drop by and taste.

Tucked away on a quiet street, far from the usual hustle and bustle, Yuan Mun Restaurant is a hidden gem for noodle lovers. We ordered the roast pork noodle and Hakka noodles, and both dishes were impressive. The roast pork was beautifully roasted, with a good balance of meat and fat, giving it a rich flavor and satisfying texture. The noodles were springy and well-coated in a flavorful sauce. The Hakka noodles were just as enjoyable, and the accompanying soup was surprisingly generous — filled with various ingredients, some quite unique, all tasting fresh and well-prepared. The wantan may not be the absolute best, but it’s definitely above average. We also had an iced coffee, which hit the spot — smooth, flavorful, and perfect for the hot weather. However, one downside was the path to the toilet. The floor was messy, slippery, and uncomfortably narrow, which could be improved for both safety and cleanliness. Overall, Yuan Mun offers great food in a quiet, tucked-away location, but a bit of attention to the facilities would make the experience even better.

We ordered wanton noodle and bitter gourd fish paste meehoon — both really tasty! They also serve a variety of yong tau fu options as add-ons — perfect combo!

Recommended on the Internet, I came to try it. The space inside the restaurant is a bit narrow, but the air is not blocked. Maybe I went at the wrong time, there were a lot of people, which made the boss a little angry. But when our turn, there were not many people,vand all things smooth. The food is very delicious and the price is very reasonable. The drinks are also good, the coffee and tea are very flavorful. It's just that the time to serve the drinks is a bit slow.

Usually look for references on YT, TT or IG. This time I tried googlemaps (nearest restaurant). Then this restaurant appeared near the mountain views. Will come back again before heading back home. Uncertainty can be a good surprise. 8.5/10 to my taste. Deliciously Great. Ordered wantan chasiu noidle, hakka mee, yong tau fu.

The hakka mee itself tasted ok, nothing special. But once mixed with the 3 colour chili sauce, it elevates the whole dish and added more flavour and depth! The 'cham' is super rich and smooth! For me the highlight of this shop is definitely their drinks. Hakka mee comes in second.

I stumbled across this place when I googled “best wonton noodles in Ipoh,” so of course we had to check it out. The noodles were super springy with a tasty sauce, and the wontons were spot on—juicy and flavourful. The real surprise was the cold homemade herbal tea though… so refreshing on a hot day that my sister and I both had two each! If you go, definitely grab the herbal tea and, obviously, the noodles.price was reasonable
